yeah precisely. I was using that to illustrate the power of empty seats on brand PL.

    Whats your point?

If we were in the Premier League, they wouldn't be empty, they'd be fuller than they are now.

Because some of our fans havent got principles. Other clubs fans manage to stand up for what's "right" over far lesser issues, rather than queue to see shiny international footballers they've previously seen on the telly.

One of the reasons the scheme falls down, if people can watch a season of Premier League games for just £252, it won't just be City fans who buy them.

I have elected to go the another option: to sit in the home seats at away matches, as this is the best I can do to not feed the monster that the owners have become. I am able to do this for personal relationship reasons, work and private. Also, the fact I live were I do does not bring postcode scrutiny. Like everything in life, it is a convenience I can use and not all have that at hand. Everyone should just do what feels right for them, no recrimination, but not bragging about their savings either, as that is beyond the pale.

It's a rolling contract now. Renewable every May.

When seats in the Premier Club were sold in 2002 buyers had an option of a lifetime license and one-off payment of £1000 or a 5 year
license for £500. Those that opted for the second one then paid a further £700 in 2007 for another 5 years.

Since 2012 the licensed scheme was abolished and replaced with a yearly contract.

Though I can see why people would take that stance, the owners don't really benefit from away ticket sales, they get 5% of the ticket price, which barely covers the admin costs of actually selling you it.

I have been a pass holder in the past, but as an exile, I no longer hold one. I am a member of OSC and HCST I, however usually attend 5-8 home games a year with my stepson but since the name change and Airco arena debacles we have decided not to fund these two lunatics so we wont be going to any home games or buying any merchandise. I may go to some away games however. They need to either leave or seriously change their attitude to the fans opinions before we return and if that risks becoming a Blackpool................so be it!

Everton's campaign against the badge was done on social media, we don't seem to have any problem with that sort of campaigning, the only difference is that their owners listen and ours don't.

I really really hope we do not go up .

If we do then Allams scheme will be successful as more come out of the woodwork to buy into it

I would not go if the bastards paid me to go while kids are priced out of the stadium.

Everyone has a right to make a choice of course

I just dont get how anyone could still choose to still go .

    Come on you Rams

Right now its just how i feel

Then I don't understand your point. Since your argument is around not buying tickets and thus denying owners revenue.

I was asked which clubs have protested over smaller issues than ours and I answered it.

You asked me which clubs protested over smaller issues than ours. I didnt say these club fans didnt buy tickets.

And Liverpool fans further stage of the protest was to not buy tickets but the owners listened at empty seats. if they had all protested vociferously and attacked messageboards but then bought the top price tickets for the new stand they'd have looked stupid. Wouldnt they?
