It was directed at me? Well I completely misread your intention then. <laugh>
Don't take it too seriously Syd...I know you won't. The main thrust was directed at the owners. Just trying to prevent another long series of back-and-forth meaningless discussion on subtleties.:emoticon-0100-smile

Never really paid attention to the prices I pay for my Aussie Rules club, as I could swear it hasn't increased since I started going 10 years ago. Just seen a tweet though promoting a family ticket for $55 (30 quid). Not bad!

If you want Dylan songs you should also look under "Elston Gunn"

I had all Dylan albums well into the 80s but then I stopped. Mid 70s was his peak.

Have to agree...but some of his early stuff (pre-electric) was excellent. Sadly his voice deteriorated ( some would say it never began musically) and his stage improvisation was ghastly from the mid-80's onwards.

Sometimes he seemed to get a band to play one reggae tune throughout the set while he sang the various songs.

Yeah but would we have to watch it? <laugh>

Well, I doubt a majority of fans actually held up cards but I'm sure there would have been plenty who didn't hold up cards but still were opposed to the membership scheme. Whether it's 40% or 60% or 80% or 90% opposing the membership scheme it's still a significant number. Nobody could say that the protest was a failure.
It looked to me like it was a majority actually, although I accept some people, like me, held two up
I was certainly very impressed with the extent of the protest and the fact that every stand was heavily involved

Well worked protest, good balance between protesting then supporting the team
