Somethings definitely wrong with Bruce.. his interviews and the way he's talking.. To me he looks pissed off, somethings gone on behind the scenes and he's not happy. His attitude will be effecting the team too. It's no good going into the play off's with a manager who's got a face like a slapped arse. Personally im looking forward to the summer to see him go. He's admitted himself that he's not got the best out of the players, that he's had his hardest year in management etc etc.. Then in another breath saying we've got no god given right to go up, your right steve, we havent, what we've got is one of the best teams in the division and the most experienced manager but somehow we've had 2 shocking runs of form (end of nov-dec, feb-march) thats cost us dearly, and that is why we're not going up automatically because you ****ed it up.
I don't think it takes a body language expert to point anything out at the moment. Not sure why you have an issue with it really seems a bit narrow-minded
To be fair to him he must be well pissed off with the inconsistency of his teams, regardless of who is to blame; add to that the whole caustic environment of the club, it's alienated support and now a clear divide with the local reporter (who I believe he got on okay with), there can be no surprise he has had enough - who wouldn't?
After the Wolves game Burnsy said something was not right with the club, fans and players. Possibly the Allams thought he might bring this up again and didn't want to give him the platfrom?
reading between the lines, to be honest, but Bruce or one of his team usually talk to Burnsy - maybe Burnsy had a train to catch so someone stood on in.
He wouldn't do the usual pre-match interview with him either, so there's obviously more to it than that.
If the earlier post about Burns suggesting last week that something was clearly wrong was true, then it'll be that.
Wont surprise me if the Allam's ban Humberside from the ground it would only be par for the course for them
Actually I'm the other way on, ****ing useless with phones but great with computers, well semi-great anyway.
I saw his 'interview' yesterday, he was going on about debates about this that and other related to the club and it made me think what was he actually talking about and where is he seeing these 'debates', can only be online really
If SB does go at the end of the season then a new manager would need good backing from his bosses and I'm afraid in the present environment with lower crowds next season and a number of players leaving does many on here think he would get the full backing, money to spend ect from the owners. It could be a very difficult job here
Just a 'gut-feeling' but I reckon he will go to Celtic. I think he's had a bellyful of the English Leagues. Not in the running at the moment but it wouldn't surprise me.
