No because my contract will be automatically renewed provided I meet certain requirements.

Really not sure how the concept of a man being able to quit his job is being debated so endlessly. No one can be forced to remain in a job they don't want to be in.

Hell, Bruce is on record as saying he offered his resignation last summer.

No you cant force them but then they would have to pay compensation for not fulfilling their contract otherwise why have a contract for 2, 3 or 4 years when it would just be a contract

although it would explain why everyone looks pissed off
It was about 3 weeks back something kicked off, I know a fair bit about body language and Bruce was completely off-kilter from that point on, mentioned it on here at the time. There was a complete change in his demeanour at the time and it's not been the same since though not as bad as when it initally happened.

A bad case of the Rockfords?

Something definitely kicked off along the time scale that the guy posting this thread alludes to, Bruce is very easy to read as he is usually so predictable in everything he says and does and the same applies to the body language. Don't even need to be an expert in these kind of things to see it really. Not sure if he has tried to resign but there is trouble at t' mill, mark my words

I think he will be wary of walking before the Allams are ready for him to leave as they may have an appetite for litigation. I think there would be mutual appetite for him leaving in the summer providing they don't have to pay him the remainder of his contract.

About the time Villa mentioned they wanted him perhaps.. maybe the Allams said, if they come we're telling them to **** off...

I do wonder what Wolves, Bolton, Wigan et al wouldve thought of 4th place after getting relegated? I saw an interesting stat the other day, isnt it a ridiculously low number of teams have been promoted straight back up to the Prem in recent years?
57% do not get back having been there. It was mentioned the other day.

Statement of intent in the summer I feel from City… The Allams will tell everyone they've paid a small fortune to get!!!!!……. (…………..)

I'll start with Brendon Rodgers… or Roberto Martinez if Everton sack him…

Its all about them remember…

I'm sure some turd will suggest we sign a really promising Peruvian Second Division manager who comes over as really keen and plays attacking football, as mentioned in FourFourTwo.

Firstly, I think that Epithany was a month late this year, as it was on 6th February, not the 6th January that Bruce saw the light, courtesy of Burnley. The light revealed to him his own inadequacies and his inability to deal with them.

Then, secondly, after holding out for someone, anyone, to say he still had it, he realised he was going to fail in the target(s) he had so publicly admitted to. He must have decided to resign, walk away, no compensation, no comeback on the Allams, except that they would need a manager.

There it is, at last, the conclusive and undeniable proof that our owners know the square root of **** all about their business, as they said no Steve, we believe in you, we back you, you will get us automatic promotion.

This sounds very probable to me, his body told me. :emoticon-0116-evilg
