At 16 I was still trying for half price on the bus on the way to the pub. Sometimes it worked, other times I had to go to another pub.
Funny, back in the 1960s everyone you knew was in the pub at 16. Nowadays that isn't the case.

Newsflash. It's not 1963 anymore.I paid full price ar 16. Still, young people nowadays should be mollycoddled and protected from reality.
****ing nugget.
Apart from the one's studying to get into University obviously![]()
Rent boy ?at 15/16 I earned roughly 300 a month on part time jobs ... I think this is a great idea tbh .. get the kids who "WANT" to to go find money to go ... pretty much like real life
It does, but the club is a business and, as dreadful as it might be, sometimes you break bread with the devil. I find Snigger's input tiresome, but I would take him a can, or two, to his shed, so we could find a better way to view the world - trouble is, the daft bugger's bought one too small.![]()
I have tried to include different variations of groups in different stands, hope this makes sense.
**** me it didn't even load, bastarding thing

I agree with this as well, but just because he's the devil it's no excuse to be rude to him.
This makes depressing reading. I wonder if the club did something similar before deciding on the prices. If they did, well.....
At 16 1/2 i was earning around 60p a week in newhall flockton d.c
Mind you i couldnt get out to go to city games
Of course they did, why wouldn't they?
It depends on your position. He has been rude a'plenty to many thousands of good folk so a bit of rudeness (honesty, plainly said?) back isn't too bad in my view. But holding high office (sic) in the Trust does require folk to rein back their internet insults; I said so at the time, many moons ago. The whole business of Allam's communication strategy is very underestimated, in my view. He laughs at niceness, he soaks up politeness and spits it back at you. If being blunt is rude, then folk need to get rude with him.
Some of those defending the Allams, would have you believe it was all down to the staff, or the SMC or Strawberry or anybody but them.
No one says you shouldn't enjoy them. It is your bumptious posts informing people who were actually there at the time which music and films were important and relevant which is irritating. Some of us experienced those things whilst you base your opinions on the experience and writings of others, a lot of which is ill informed at best and downright inaccurate as well.
MK Dons and Leeds both had stands closed when playing us.So how many have closed it for league games as a matter of course? How many fans of other clubs have been told they will be sat elsewhere and pay more for the privilege of a worse view?

So I've just got back from holiday, and this still sounds complicated (and about as good as our on field performance while I've been away)
As an E2 evictee I assume it will be handled appallingly anyway so that's not really worth discussing
However does anyone know if groups of adults (with no kids) in South Stand will be evicted? The website says "any current singular adult Season Card holders in this area will be required to move to another area" and I was away with a current pass holder (late 40's) who goes with his Mum and other adult relatives, but no kids, and we weren't sure. They are a group rather than "singular" but are all adults. Will they have to move (for what it's worth if they are they won't renew...or sign up)
I'd love for you to point out posts in which I do such a thing. I'm genuinely interesting in knowing where I have done so, because I would like to know myself.
Seems more like you just have a gripe with me (which you can't deny, because you always for some reason target me in threads even if someone says something the same).
If you are referring to my reviews on the Film thread, I guess you have no idea how reviews work... alternatively, if it for some reason bothers you so much, you could always ignore it? Though I probably shouldn't expect you to do so, you like to argue with others on here.
Apologies to anyone reading all this derailment, I just want to know what I apparently have written in the past, at least in the eyes of the man who probably has better things to do than try to harass someone on an internet forum constantly.
