Even if he doesn't go to villa but if there's any truth in him touting himself for the job do you think the Allams will bin him anyway
You don't seem to think the players are to blame.I don't see what there is to be loyal to Bruce for. We live in the present, not the past. Thanks for not winning the FA Cup, losing in Europe to a ****ty Belgian club (in terms of size not the people, who were, to be fair, a mixed bag) and managing a 16th place Premier League finish. Fond memories.
Given our squad, I feel another manager would've utilised the players we have much better and we would be in a stronger position.
I really like Steve Bruce as a person, but there's no denying tactically he has much to learn and he's made a Horlicks of this season with a group of players much better than this league.
That's my speculation. As you'll find several others on here are also speculating about what might happen.
You never got back to me on why me finding you comparing the Allams to the Assad regime racist was ironic because your people killed a lot of indigenous Australians 200 years ago.

That bandied about but not true. In some definitely the case. In our fans it seems we have a huge band like that. didnt used to be the case. There's zero loyalty in football, and the Allams have compounded that position with our club. If you are 'loyal' to Brucey I have no problem with that, and suspect if we fail to get promotion Brucey may likely have zero loyalty towards us if a better offer comes along. All hypothetical anyway, as I suspect if the Allams are still around, Brucey may decide to stay and take the option with zero pressure from above.
Bruceys brand of football is dire, personally I've seen enough of it! So take your loyalty and shove it where the sun doesn't shine!

I find that odd.
We are playing like we did last season, Bruce's biggest task in the summer was to find a system and tactics that enabled us to play a better and more attacking style of football. He has failed to do that, we lack an identity a style of play, we still play different formations different combinations. We are rudderless and when we get desperate just throw your strikers on (I use the term strikers loosely)
He has failed to get the best out of Huddleston and Livermore in both the pl and championship
We need a fresh approach, will the Allams have a last throw of the dice and try replace him, depends if there is a fallout between him and the Allams and how serious is the interest in potential buyers if we get back in the pl
Well why would I blame the players? If something is going wrong in the office and a team of people with exceptional talents is underachieving, do you look at the individuals or do you look to the person tasked with motivating and guiding them?
Bruce motivational speech before the Boro game was telling the press how tired they all were and we just wanted to get the game out of the way before they could have a rest during the international break - the guys a total buffoon and the sooner he inflicts himself on someone else the better
Yes I picked up on that several weeks ago, going on about how tired the team is with two game's a week ( isn't the same for Boro, Brighton and Burnley).
Tiredness is an excuse not a reason, if you plant the tiredness seed in the players head it then becomes an excuse. Whilst burnley are winning tiredness never gets a mentionBruce motivational speech before the Boro game was telling the press how tired they all were and we just wanted to get the game out of the way before they could have a rest during the international break - the guys a total buffoon and the sooner he inflicts himself on someone else the better
