I don't think they exploited any space around us. All they did that particularly made a difference me was that their strikers made an effort to chase every ball and gave our back 4 no time to deal with them. They also defended well but anyone can do that against us.

What Bruce said re Akpom was…. that Diomande was 'looking very sharp in training'.. Burns then asked does that mean 'Akpom doesn't' or words to that effect.. he dodged the bullet.. I find it hard to comprehend how Bruce can say 'he would buy Haydyn now if available' and yet he's not even near playing.

Sorry, I tried to do a double quote. He didn't know much about it, but even if he had, he couldn't have missed. He's getting there and these cameo appearances can only benefit him. He wasn't brought in to be first choice, but he's got plenty of years ahead of him and he's a decent enough player.
