Just our luck if he goes to another club and never misses a game. Bit like selling a classic MG because it pisses oil, and then some grease monkey just puts a new filter in and never has another peep out of it. But anyway, for £15m he gave us some great memories, and even against Soton he completely turned the game around. And he makes such good space and runs that the likes of Ford, Can and Hendo can find him with decent balls - as opposed to hitting a statue from forty yards surrounded by defenders.

Not played for virtually 2 seasons, sat there pulling his £120k a week and the poor little poppet is upset by people calling him a sick note, so he wants away...

Sums him up. If he had any bollocks he'd accept the obvious criticism, knuckle down and want to do everything he could to prove the doubters wrong, at the same time repaying the club who've been paying his wages for 2 years.

But no, his fragile little ego can't take it, and he wants off, to sit on someone else's physio bed.

It's actually more in liking to The Plank; wanted to leave and wanted to join us but a stubborn owner at his current club refused to budge on the fee.

Can't really complain since Henry did it with Suarez

I gave the player the benefit of the doubt base don reported comments. I would have to say at this point 90% of reported comments were probably completely made up.

I d feel however the league he's gone to is a non entity and he'll get his dosh but compared to douglas costa at Bayern he's going to be completely forgotten about.

I meant reported comments by him about preferred location and being best buds with coutinho and lucas and of course wanting to play for brazil so going to the prem was ideal

Clealry none of those mattered in the slightest... you'll note i mentioned in my post most of all that his desire to play for brazil is completely out of line with this move.

I also said before deadline day that he was bound to go to cheslea not us once we failed to get it done.

I still say Its a great test.. if a guy is willing to go do what he's done he is never going to be the type to really succeed like we need. we need guys that will committ to the job not look for the easy ride.

We've loads of those types already.

Or he could have just been desperate to get out of Russia......and everything he had previously said was indeed correct.

...but when you wouldn't stump up the £38m, he was left with one option - China. So he's taken it to get out of Dodge.

He wasn't left with one option. he could have said he'd sit on his hands. Nobody was going to shoot him.... and i'm sure there'd be some offer if not LFC to acheive his ambitions... shaktar got their pound of flesh. thats all they wanted. theres always an option. He's been in ukraine for ages, another 6 months would not have been so bad... as of today i thin khe'll not go to world cup with brazil so he's basically taken the money... sma are ramieres and same as jackson martinez.
the chinese seem to believe the brazilians are best on earth and are hoovering up all and sundry out of these.

yet drogba and anelka ran as soon as they could. rumour is they didn't actually get paid what they signed up for.




Pity this chinese crowd would not get an idea balotelli is a worldie.

hes been linked with city as long as Guardiola has been linked with city, would be good for the league in general and city in particular. this is the premier lge though not the easiest place to come and be one of the best in the world

I thin kthe reality is barca will be looking and saying which is the most needed and which is the most risk

Neymar currently is playing games and is the closest to go.

messi has kind of said he wants to stay and is the greatest of all time and suarez has long on his contract and for less and is older so less threatening.

I think barca need to focus on neymar and say. if you want to stay stay.. if you want to go **** off now.

He did mega when messi was out but suarez is more important to them.

If they win the treble again they might give him a bumper new deal.
