But his reason for wanting to get out was to get a chance to play for Brazil.... no issue with that, but don't go and move to China if that's the case <laugh>

What was he going to say, i hate Shaktar and the Ukrain?
He may have been stuck at the club then and been right in the ****

Keep your mouth shut and don't say anything then you don't look like a hypocrite <laugh>

He's not got the same agent as Sterling does he?!

Like I said, no real issue with these players moving to China for loads of money and be a star in a new interesting league... but just don't go running your mouth of 1 week earlier saying something completely different lol.

Unbelievable. He literally had to wait 6 months before we then try to sign him again in the summer. However I am glad we didn't, clearly the wrong attitude

Just our luck if he goes to another club and never misses a game. Bit like selling a classic MG because it pisses oil, and then some grease monkey just puts a new filter in and never has another peep out of it. But anyway, for £15m he gave us some great memories, and even against Soton he completely turned the game around. And he makes such good space and runs that the likes of Ford, Can and Hendo can find him with decent balls - as opposed to hitting a statue from forty yards surrounded by defenders.

But.... if he stays we know we'll get more and more of this season. Sad.

Btw, anyone else suspect Neil ashton may be taking a backhander from Studge's agent to help all this along?

What I want to know is with all the flops like Jackson martinez, Paulinho and has beens like Cahill, bs and ramieres over there....

Why the **** hasn't any of them bought balotelli.

(Answer is he's that bad only and I mean only liverpool was stupid enough to buy him)

Well when he writes an article entitled "Why Sturridge needs to leave Liverpool" I'd say it's a definite possibility. Surely it should be "Why Sturridge needs to repay Liverpool's patience and hard work and free flights to LA by actually turning up for a day or twos graft" <ok>

Frankly if he does leave now he's an utter ****. All that time and money spent on trying to get him fit, waiting for him to play. And he wants to jack it in cause people are questioning his fitness record.
If he does go he should pay back all wages for weeks he didn't play and the bill for medical treatments he's had

I didn't realise Tex had actually joined the Chine club. What a cock <laugh>

If true, he has a point since fans have been calling black and blue ([HASHTAG]#racism[/HASHTAG]), a lot of been saying get rid too. Can't avoid these noises as it's coming from just about every outlet.

Can't say I'm fussed either way. If true, he shown a lack of respect to a club that spent a fortune on him whilst trying to get him right but the fans (not all) haven't shown respect either. Of course, if he didn't miss games because of a twinge or dead leg the fans might be more forgiving too. If he goes, we have casht o spend on a player that will actually contribute to games.

Is anyone else having a good laugh at the amount of english hacks are now linking players to china? i mean now teixteria is meant to be headed to chine.... just to wind up gullible reds.

We all know the guy wants to play for brazil... he'll go where his club allows him to go for the offer they want but it won't be to bury his career and fail in his goals.

I find all this very amusing and wonder who actually really believes this stuff

I didn't think so either, utterly ridiculous, likes he gonna get in the Brazil squad by playing in the Chinese league FFS <laugh>

Just another one to add to the list... Henry Ryan, Salah, Willian, Costa, Sanchez, etc, etc, etc...

Sturridge will probably finally have one wonder season with no injuries aged 28 then leave for Utd <whistle>
