We should immediately rescind the offer for Berahino. It's obvious he (Peace) doesn't want the money because he needs to be 1) in the PL, and 2) have a decent asset list because he wants to sell West Brom in the Summer. Cash in the bank is not as valuable as the first two. Trouble is our scouting limitations are back to the fore again.
