Can anyone state with certainty that neither Akpom or Hayden can play?

They're on season long loans and I don't understand why they'd be stopped.

Unless that's part of the loan agreement obvz.

Akpom said himself he was ineligible to play Arsenal, one would assume the same of Hayden.

Think it's the case with almost all domestic loan deals these days.

Well....who'd have thought ?!
A change would have been nice

At least Shrewsbury have got an easy tie so if we do happen to beat Arse then we can play them next instead

Calm down ladies it's only a football match!!

Burnley nearly got a result there. I don't see why we can't go one better and if we lose to Arsenal there's no shame.

Exactly! We've done it before, there's nothing to fear, we'll put out a decent team & Akpom & Hayden won't be playing!

Much appreciated, thank you so much sir

That's a league rule, it doesn't apply in cup games, but we do need their permission to play him and they won't give it.

It's not a league rule, Oilyvagina and Tony G played for Cardiff and ourselves respectively whilst on loan.

It's just something clubs insist on, although FIFA claimed it isn't within the laws to do so when Chelsea tried that trick with Athletico over Courtois.

Rules changed after that, no loan player can play against his parent club now.

mark Lawrenson smug twat, when asked about city going to arsenal again, his reply grinning " unlucky"
Let's do this **** again. Anyone remember on MOTD. ARE YOU WATCHING LAWRENSON? ARE YOU WATCHING LAWRENSON? Lineker pointed it out to him in good humour and this was his reaction...

Just the league, but we'd need permission from Arsenal for them to play and they won't give it (We wouldn't want them playing against their parent club anyway).
Yeah I get that, was just curious about the actual rule and its application.

I'd rather see Hernandez play anyhow, lets just hope we don't put a B team out this time.
