I think Bruce has said in previous interviews that he'd like a Crouch or a Bamford but doesnt think they'll be available to us. Crouch because of the wages and Bamford because he wants PL football.

Given the circumstances and the terrible team he inherited I think he is doing fine and is being backed by the board who obviously see day in day out the progress being made. They are a completely different team now from he one that started the season. They have a fight in them they which they lacked at the beginning and they will end up staying up with a couple of games to go if they get a good striker like Remy
