I wouldn't be that surprised to see Pelle go in the summer. Koeman said we signed Austin early to give him a chance to bed in before the summer, so that we know where we are. I took that to mean that we need to know the situation with strikers....not just Pelle, but also Jay. We won't let Pelle go into his last season, so will depend on whether we offer another contract and whether he wants one. Pelle isn't a country boy and keeps going up to London...do we suit him enough for him to stay longer than his present contract. I like Pelle and would like him to stay, but can see him moving on.
http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/premier-league-stars-fiat-500-7242194 2 Toe rags in court for stealing Gaston's car while he was at world cup. Don't footballers have garages?
Strangely, found it heartwarming to read the bit about the neighbour putting their car over the driveway so they couldn't steal Gastón's car. Just not overly surprising that they came back when the neighbour was out/away.
Yeah, yeah - they didn't actually DO it, just handled the stolen goods ......... admitting to a lesser charge so getting a light sentence. I think they should be forced to go round there, apologise in person and then spend 6 months cleaning the toilets at the General Hospital (and they could do St Marys as well ....) Toe rags is too polite a term for scum like this ......... And is a Fiat 500 REALLY worth 12 grand?
Voted for JWP, because he got his free kick goal at last and his involvement in 2 others....and I felt motherly.
I wouldn't be so bold.... Despite the fact that auto correct often changes your name to Gran as I type
JWP for me too from those choices - would've gone for Clasie or Bertrand if they'd been on the list....
http://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2016/01/26/stan-collymore-suggests-hes-not-convinced-by-virgil-van-dijk/ Stan Collymore (yes, I know) suggesting that we need a better CB than our Virgil, though the author questions that. Virgil has dreams of being a midfielder, so perhaps describing a CB as exciting is not the most relaxing description, but he brings a lot to the team. If you want a perfect CB who never drifts out of position and is always there to cover for others, perhaps Virgil isn't the one for you, but if you want a good CB who can get forward and may score, Virg is your man. I like solid players, but I also like someone with adventure in his soul...the ponytail also helps.
Well, far be it for me to disagree with the oracle that is Stan Collymore, but, in my way of thinking, if you want a "solid" CB you need to look at Per Mertesacker. Yes, exactly ...............
