stroller what can you actually put up on this board that actually helps to get us out of this division and go up
its all very clever giving me abuse but what can you sactually say that helps the team and of course then answer is zero

Here ear Ted....i find some of our fans the most arrogant bunch when it comes to the game...most look like they never kicked a ball at any level other than schoolboy/local yoof club level... Weareqpr12 actually played the game at a high level so knows his stuff!

And some are not even at the games and will argue over something you saw live and they have read about. <doh>

Correct, we can't all be at the game but surely we are entitled to offer an opinion, whether it be right or wrong ........ this is a forum, for debate.
I played from under 8's thru to under 19's and represented at different levels but in truth, I don't see that being of any assistance.
Just having a love for the game and for the mighty R'rssss is all I need to put forward an opinion.
I sincerely wish I could be privileged to attend a game ................. ( one can only hope in the future )
All is good.

And sometimes though you aren't at a game you get a far better view of many situations on excellent HD TV pictures with endless repeats from different angles, than you come close to seeing live unless right infront of the incident..

Aussie that is not a knock at people who cannot get to games. What i am saying is people will argue with you about something you have seen live and they were not present. Agree you can miss games and still have opinions but when it's about something specific i would find it hard to argue about. That's why i never discuss players when i am not at the game, other than the usual 'was he poor again'.

Exactly and on Saturday i was right in front of Henry when he lost concentration and cost us the goal. The only camera shots were from behind/above and not in front. I would also say that TV normally concentrates on the play and players around the ball and not players out of shot so you don't always get the whole picture, however agree that some of the close-up replays are not available at a live game.

I'd say letting Ferdinand and Hasselbaink get on with their jobs without constant carping would be a help.

TV pictures Saturday showed Henry was the only player in our midfield actively trying to stop Wolves build up in front of their goal. Luongo made a run back to cover out on our left, but didn't move in to help when Henry made and won the tackle and the ball broke loose luckily for them, to a Wolves player who then very luckily scored. Hoillet stood back hands on hips nearer the half way line, Fer was mainly stationary out right. Phillips was more central further back and could easily have supported Henry and battled for the loose ball after Henry's tacke if he had been half awake. Henry was the only outfield player to attempt to stop that goal, got in a tackle and yet gets blamed for it by some.

I agree missing camera angles sometimes don't give you everything close up, and of course you get a much better total view and atmosphere (if any!) at games.

You got it right mate, one of, if not my favourite all time band. Saw them a couple of years ago at a festival (without Jello of course) and they were still as brilliant as when I used to listen to them in my youth !!

Been actually very quiet here to be honest and not a lot of affect on us so far here with baggage, but as usual I think it will affect us in the next week or two when people start to fly again but their bags don't.
Meanwhile I've got my last night shift to deal with, watching American Football and Cricket....but mine is the burden to bare
Watched Cardinals v Panthers before crashing out last night. Either Panthers were brilliant or Cardinals were crap, suspect the latter. Neither looked anything like as tight as either the Broncos or the Patriots in the other game. Broncos for the super bowl for me as the have an old git at QB.

So you are right Oslo "Henry was the only outfield player to attempt to stop that goal" sadly he lost concentration and his man, which led to the goal. Agree others should have been closing down but in that instant i blame him.
In the past, i have supported Henry when others have been criticizing him (unfairly at times) but for me and i have seen it live and then the replays i believe that he switched off which led to the goal.

As has been said before 1 man from our midfield isn't going to stop 3, 4 or 5 from the other team's. When we lose the ball the rest or at least most of the rest of the midfield need to get back and defend it properly. Only Henry did that before the goal Saturday. He was the only one of our 5 who did maintain concentration, and got stuck in.

Tony Fernandes insists that both Michael Doughty and Ben Gladwin have long term futures at Queens Park Rangers.

Doughty and Gladwin have recently been sent out on loan, to Swindon Town and Bristol City respectively, with QPR deeming them to be surplus to requirements.

However, Fernandes insists that the young pair are highly rated by staff at Loftus Road, and that they will come back into first team contention next season.

Gladwin only joined QPR from Swindon Town during the summer transfer window, but he has struggled to make much of an impression at the London club.

The attacking midfielder shone throughout pre season, but he has found his chances more limited as time has progressed.

Just can't decide if you are a full on WUM or just a bloody idiot (suspecting a bit of both).

What nonsense. I watched the game against Wolves live on TV and I'm perfectly within my rights to offer an opinion on how we played, how we lined up or how certain players played.
I agree that you get a fuller perspective of the entire pitch at the game, but then again, if you're in the loft and there's a scrambled goal at the school end, someone watching on TV is far more likely to have seen exactly what happened. Indeed, it is exactly "something specific" that is quite likely to have been highlighted in more detail on TV.
To suggest that anyone not at the game shouldn't argue with someone who was present is self absorbed rubbish imo.
