There's no chance of getting Hayden for £500k. Wenger might not want to sell, but if he does he'll know he can push us to pay a fair wack. Remember the more games and more success Hayden has here the more the price will rise in the summer.

I do wish people would stop tempting fate with an injury to Hernandez….If, and I mean if, Brucey can get Allam to stick his hand in his pocket this window which is unlikely, it should be funding the wages of a proven quality striker without exception. If we lose Abel to injury or suspension we well and truly would have a major problem. To expect Diomande, Akpom, Aluko or Luer to step up consistently is a big ask
