There's no chance of getting Hayden for £500k. Wenger might not want to sell, but if he does he'll know he can push us to pay a fair wack. I'm aware of that, but on the 18th of January he signed a five year extension to his contract taking it to the 18th of June 2021, which is 5 1/2 years.

Sam Byram is a fool. Everton would have been a good call for his development. However I see it as the bright lights of London being the driver of Byram going to West Ham.
He's a lifelong West Ham fan and his ambition has always been to play for them.

Yes they do. However may well have been ready to cash in on Coleman. Byram would have been a good replacement. However if the lad is a fan of the Hammers so be it.
In addition to him being a fan, it does seem he got more assurances of first team football from West Ham.
