Why do Wolves and Birmingham fit the bill more than us?

Ah just re read your post. Fair enough! My post did not say that. However, they both have a better history than us for starters.

Which is of course very important.
There is no reason to doubt that the club will be sold sooner rather than later. January has been hinted from the start of this season.
Could this be an outcome?
New owners with huge financial resources, make a deal to buy the club. The deal also includes the purchase of land, in order to develop an out of town stadium/sports/hotel/entertainment complex. New owners with no link to Hull, see the regional potential and have the money to finance it. Hull City to move out of the city within 2 years. A stadium designed with sports tourism in mind. More executive seating and boxes with an increase in season card seating.
Now that would be something to consider, wouldn't it?
Only to line his own pocket, he doesn't give a toss about the fans. I want an owner who cares about the club as a whole, including fans, like Don Robbo! No worries.
It can be... yes.... so some.
I don't mind a change of owners but only if the new owner has the club and the club's future at heart ?
Despite what some think of the Allams, AA at least does want the club to do well.
Why, wouldn't it?
Annoying isnt it? For several years he witters on to the media and embarrasses the club and alienates fans at every available opportunity causing massive splits and tension until he finally seems to learn to shut up, the team settles down, injuries clear up, everything begins to look rosey on the pitch, the fans are more united than any time in the past 3 years and now it all looks set to be disrupted again...

No one wanting to buy this club will want a rented stadium. So the bullshit about the council willing to sell was a load of bollocks. Not having that, no need for a new stadium!

Beverley would be the best place for a stadium if we do move.
Wonder what the Allams would do if they received an offer for the club but not the SMC ?
Or are the two inextricably linked ?
It's highly unlikely that anyone would want the club without the SMC, the SMC could in theory affect what happens with the club, like ****ing up its ticketing arrangements...
