Berahino the one to replace Studge according to the mirror - sounds like a lazy one tbh
He sacked Aidy Ward so not an issue
Raheem Sterling’s controversial agent Aidy Ward has been sacked by West Bromwich Albion striker Saido Berahino.
Ward has become the villain of the piece for many Liverpool fans as Sterling and Liverpool’s bitter rift continues to be played out in public, with the player seemingly set on forcing a move away from Anfield
Still can't believe we've offered Migs a 5 year contract!
Still can't believe we've offered Migs a 5 year contract!

My first thought was that this may be to ensure we get as much for him as we possibly can but then I had a little think...
Do we know how long Migs had left on his contract? He joined us almost three years ago. I quick google see's reports say "a long term contract" which doesn't help. I would imagine he signed at least for five years back then, this would mean he had two years left. Signing a new deal won't effect his value at this time.
Maybe we've signed him up to tie him down before signing a replacement?![]()
I'm all for offering contracts to protect value but 5 years is excessive and would signal he's here to stay.
As a number 2, I wouldn't mind.
Especially when he'll have at least two years remaining anyway.
Agree on the highlighted bit but can't see us having such a high profile number two.
I also heard he's been given a pay rise ... Now on £90k a week!
