Morning all, wet and windy, though still mild here. Maybe some sun will appear later if the Meteo are correct.

The powers that be have decided to change my postal address. We have 18 houses in the hamlet if you count the two ruins. Somehow it is required that we have three streets which seems over the top. I cannot work out yet how it works as it looks as though one street will only have one house in it. Still they will no doubt have a nice nameplate all to themselves.

Our hamlet en France 11 houses...... no street names or anything.... the postlady just knows everybody..... no house names or numbers.... lovely really...

Hello all from a cold but sunny St. Helier. My birthday today, but I'm having a quiet one. At 43, I'm a relative youngster on here but listening to the stories about WFC from before I born gives me the sort of knowledge about those times that I tried to pass on to my son about the GT years.

Morning all from a bright & sunny Bandit Country. Just had a much around the garden, moved the rabbit hutch and did a few running repairs on some damage caused by the recent storms. But it is very pleasant out (that always reminds me of that old Morecambe and Wise joke), but now time for a frothy coffee!
Very happy birthday Barry, hope you have a cracking day!
