To a lesser degree mate we have seen it happen with Atletico in Spain, they won the league with 20% of Barca and Reals budgets, that success allowed them to double their budget but in reality they are still worlds apart.

Facts are Simeone went for the 'run through walls' route with little pinches of class, and then increased the overall quality despite losing a few.

Leicester could, with the owners backing, follow a similar model from where they are right now.

He was excellent last night. Really impressed by him as hadn't heard much about him before. Ran all night long, covering every blade of grass across the pitch.

Walsh is a Mr Leicester ain't he? I should imagine he'll stick around.

Wasn't he a CB who converted and started banging them in for fun? Or am I mixing up here?

.. he's worth the admission money on his own .. fast getting the reputation as the best 'dribbler' in the Prem ...treat yourself to his 'skills' video on YouTube... one clip against Villa this season stands out .. I kid you not ...he puts 3 of them on their arses at the same time with one change of direction. ...

The way I see it is Leicester under Holloway were relegated into the abyss of league 1 in 2008, just like we were in 1986..

What they have achieved in re-building that club is pretty sensational and they will always have my best wishes. Not many fans hang around to applaud the opposition fans like they did in 2005 when MicMac brought us back up. Will never forget that day, so I will happily stand by and applaud them on their success..<ok>

I went to University in Leicester from 2000-2004 and have fond memories of Filbert Street and the opening of the Walkers Bowl (as it was then if memory serves me correctly). They had a good team back then and I even got to see the world champions Brazil play live in their stadium (they won a friendly against Jamaica there with all the big name players from the 2002 World Cup turning out). I genuinely hope they win the league or finish in the top 4, I just don't think it will happen, not by a long shot.
