As you immediately observed, the bad guys should surely also be able to see that Uncle Ernie responded in the same spirit as my own 'jokey' message.
Also, it's early evening here right now; I won't be having a nightcap for another hour or so. (The earlier reference was a pun.)
But you will by now have observed that, true to form, the 'leader' of the witches' coven has chimed in, right on cue, in the post immediately after your last one. He can't help it, he's well known for it; I've discussed it privately with some other regular posters, and the consensus is that he is constantly attempting to hide his own shortcomings -- and based on his multiple nasty postings, there seem to be many.
If you go back on his profile to his earlier posts, you'll find some quite amusing tales about his 'job', his 'retirement plans' a little down the road, his car, his exotic vacations, ... , the list goes on. They're a hoot. I recommend you make the effort to find them, and compare them sentence by sentence with his latest effort.
It's best to just ignore him. As I said, he can't help it; it's a recognised illness, combining OCD with 'transference neurosis'. Unfortunately, there's no known cure apart from a directed lobotomy.
And now, I AM going to have a drink. I deserve it. Have a good Saturday.

You're not speaking to children anymore, you're retired. You don't have to bully your way to superiority like you did with your pupils. People here are more intelligent than you, more interesting &, by far, more humourous. We're not the children you've spent a life time trying to impress, most of us see you for the sad **** you are.

I will NOT post this same response to you any more: for the last time, I have never been a teacher, as you demeaningly keep implying; memory going a little early? That's good; it'll make you a far better person than the bitter little **** (in mind, though not body) that you choose to portray yourself as.
The only children I've taught academically are my own. And all four of them are better qualified than a loser like yourself.
Go **** yourself, if you can reach. I, like anybody who has had the misfortune to encounter you by any and all means, pity you, you subhuman filth.

You're right, I'm envious I've always wanted to be a tedious & unfunny **** but know I'll never reach the heights you've set, well done.

Pity me? You're nicking my lines, how unoriginal. "Subhuman filth" you're clearly rattled. Ian Huntley, Ian Brady, Peter Sutcliffe, Dale Cregan & SCB - subhuman filth the lot of them.

Exotic holidays? I went to Italy in the summer. It was nice.

I'm retiring, not entirely by choice, in the next couple of years. Why does this bother you so? Is it because you had to wait 'til you were 70. I'll probably do something else to fill my time because I'd hate to turn into a sad & bitter ****, like you.

We are planning a coast to coast trip to the states when I finish work, others on here have done similar. Does it really bother you that much?

Don't feel inadequate or bitter, there's really no need. Just accept that we're not the little children you're used to bullying. We're grown ups who also have carears, with paid up pensions & work for companies with better than average redundancy policies.
