We should always play two real strikers every game! Certainly not an untried young un and a midfielder! We started with two midfielders on Saturday and that didn't work out well! Abel & akpom is a must if fit?

I just hope Bruce has the guts to drop his big mates Livermore and Elmo who, despite scoring from half a yard out at Leeds, have both been ****e since the international break.

I don't think Livermores ever been dropped before, you have to wonder what he's got over Brucey...

I'd like this one, but give Luer a shot! Home game, he needs to start somewhere, Akpom hasn't done it, Aluko is a mystery!
I remember Gavin Gordon getting a similar chance years ago but he got snapped up very quickly.

It would be interesting to know which others have this sickness bug going about apart from the ones we know about. Hope that nobody else has come down with it this week either.

After that muppet wum had been on it was nice to hear a caller with real passion for the club saying it as it was. The "sack the manager" is the quickest and laziest cop-out used by football fans especially the modern day ones.

But yes well done that Hull caller.

You can't know much about Maloney, or how an intelligent attacking midfielder can play 4-4-1-1 with a striker, well, not if you discount him so easily. Akpom has done nothing to merit a start. When do you intend to try the 'young un', when we get relegated again?

No we'll try him against the dross of the league and think he's great because he might bag a goal! If we're at home we should be playing 2 strikers! And if Abel & akpom are fit? they start simple! There is still room for Maloney in a 442 :emoticon-0148-yes: and stop being so angry it's Xmas soon!

What makes you think I'm angry, is it because I don't agree with you? Bit daft that, isn't it? Dross of the league - what a stupid remark <laugh>. I've always found that nothing but good comes from a striker scoring goals, but you seem to have found a secret none of us knew - don't play him, underestimate him and, for ****s sake, don't let him score a goal, not even against the bottom Championsip team - have you seen anything of their last four games, or ours? When was the last time you saw Akpom have a good game? Why not use Maloney as an attacking midfielder, which is what he's good at? I'm not angry, but you certainly come across as ****ing stupid - 'and think he's great because he might bag a goal!' <laugh><laugh> You really couldn't make it up. <doh>
