For the last two weeks I've been in anticipation of a decent performance today, but was sadly very disappointed with what our team and manager served up, if this is how you turn things around, then you had better take a pay cut Huw, commensurate with the Championship...................<ok>

The only positive (if that`s the right word), to take from today`s game is that THERE ARE three worst teams than us. Having said that, after the next three games we might very well be in the bottom three, or close to it.

Never mind, after all said and done:

"To be 2-0 down, the players showed great bravery and fantastic spirit to get back. You could feel that tension, it affected us with the ball and our confidence. We need to build that side of it by putting a run of results together".

Swansea 2-2 Bournemouth: Monk says Swans should be more confident

"This is a point gained and a result to put us on the road to getting our confidence. Overall we have to be happy with a point."

Go leader, talk all the crap you want to.

"Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge but imagination".

That last bit is by a certain A Einstein.

As a plus, it's not all doom and gloom, we are actually on the same points as Chelsea, so it can't be all bad, can it?............................<laugh>

When I got to the stadium I sensed we were in trouble. It was twenty past two and the warm up had just started. There was no intensity, no sense of urgency - it was like a pub team warm up.

I remember the away days when Rogers was in charge, away fans would watch us and study the unusual stretching techniques. The same when Laudrup was in charge - the intense pre-match five a side passing was outstanding. We've always had good warm ups, but today was just abysmal. The prematch shoot out saw about 80% of our efforts either straight at the keeper or wide. FFS - these guys are on tens of thousands of pounds and can't hit a target from 15 yards.

We've slipped that far..and we're sinking further.

Bournemouth reminded me of how we used to be. Good passers, keen, harassing, fresh with ideas. We were the opposite today. Our passing game has disintegrated - totally. We looked anxious, nervous, afraid, lacking in confidence, lacking in ideas, lacking in energy, lacking in structure.

Time for change.

I am really worried as I am not convinced that HJ will have the balls to do the right thing. I just pray that he grows a pair and when I wake up tomorrow to find we are looking for a new manager.

We all called for changes.

We got them.

Mmmmmmmmmmm.
We did the problem is the 4 changes he made none of the players have played more than about 20 minutes in the last 10 weeks. We cant expect them to be up to speed. Because GM has played the same team week in week out, our squad players have had no game time whatsoever.

There is too much money at stake for there to be inaction as an option from HJ, Monk has had it, there is no way we are going to get any results from the next three games under him, so he'll be packing his bags after today................<ok>

I just hope you are right, I am just worried because of his history at the Swans they wont act as quickly as they should. Any other manager without his clubs connections would have been gone by now.

Who put the squad together, who signed the players, who let dyer go. GM. Why not try Ayew up top as he is not a winger, Why not changing the formation at some point in the game and give the opposition something they weren't expecting, Last year he did it with the diamond and changed things around from game to game, this year it is the same thing week in week out, DROSS.

For what it's worth, I think if he doesn't get us to 22 points by the end of the year he will be gone. There are many on here who have already had enough and I get that. It's almost impossible to reverse the 'dead man walking' mentality once it has set in. To balance the argument, he has put the squad together and many say it is the best squad Swansea have ever had. He let Dyer go, and many have stated he is a shadow of his former self and shouldn't be playing. You advocate the diamond but many say we must get back to the Swansea Way of 451 and two wide men. It's all opinions.

But we're playing with fear and anxiety coupled with defensive errors and that's a dangerous mix.

I didn't advocate the Diamond system, What I said was last year he was prepared to try things and It seemed to work, although I will admit on times the football wasn't the best, But the results justified it. This year it is the same week in week out. So as some have said we have put the best squad together, why do we play almost the same team every week and unable to change the side around. I am sorry I think he has simply run out of ideas and run out of time. I hope by tomorrow he is gone as I see there is no way he will be able to change it for us.

Followed the game on BBC web page - with a Banks beer!

The Banks was the best part - seemed we were second best most of the time.....
