I didn't even know you could eat sausage raw, that's absolutely repulsive, why would you?

Because it tastes mint mate my mam used to give me and my sister one every time she made a breakfast we also mixed tea in with the tomatoes and only ate the tomato pips in sandwiches with plenty of salt my dad got the rest of he tomato to fry with his breakfast. My mouth is watering thinking about it.

See, it's ****ing gross, raw sausage.

This is coming from a guy who eats scorpions and crickets for lunch.

You haven't been born man you slowly suck the sausage out of the skin and then chew the skin until your breakfast is ready. <laugh> as for the tommies take two or three oms chop them up fry for 2 or 3 mins then add a third of a cup of tea ( before sugar and milk <doh>) and then reduce down, season, get a stottie and dip in the tomatoes and fill with crispy bacon, bloody magic off to make some now minus stotties :emoticon-0106-cryin

It is mate dead easy as well.

400g Strong White flour
100g Wholemeal flour
35g soft unsalted butter
10g yeast
10g salt

Mix it with 330ml cool water until it forms a rough dough.

Hand knead for about 7mins until you have a smooth silky feel to the dough.

Leave in an oiled bowl for an hour until it has at least doubled in size.

Chop up about six rashers of bacon and lightly fry. Once the bacon is cool push it and150g of grated cheese into the dough and knead for a couple mins to get it all worked in .

Then dived it up into at least four oval shaped pieces place on baking trays which have been covered with backing paper leave to prove for about an hour.

Then bake at 220c for 20 mins if you want to eat it there and then, or for 15 mins to part bake. For the part baked ones store in a tin and then when needed reheat at 220 for 7 mins.

Have ago.

Has anyone tried this yet?

Sounds ****ing lovely.
