Lucky for him he's not at St Mary's, we have fans leaving early when we win.

A subject that has been discussed ad nauseam, there are many reasons and excuses, the punters have paid to get in, what they do afterwards is their choice, it is a football stadium not an Open Prison. My opinion is that it is bad manners and bad form to leave early as it prompts an informal Mexican Wave, but if you have transport to catch or traffic jams to avoid there may not be any alternative.

Liverpool pride themselves on their fans...those fans should be there when their team needs support. Allowing for those with valid reasons...a lot left merely to avoid traffic (which isn't valid)...the match is 90 mins+ and you pay good money for it. I understand Klopp's point...he's expected to care when some fans don't.

Transport, yes. Traffic jams to avoid? No.

lol you have never parked in Radcliffe Road then!

I meant that traffic jams are not a valid reason to leave early. Just sit in them and listen to whispering Dave. Ok, listen to Fable.

I actually park a little further up than Radcliffe road, on Empress Road. Is it you trying to run me over when I walk down the middle of the road Don? Tsk. Anyone would think you had right of way on that road... <whistle>

Was Klopp deliberately trying to show up the "You'll never walk alone" bs at Anfield in order to get the fans to work a bit harder? If he's worried about loneliness, Lovren always need a hug! :)

Ha! Would have to be on repeat as there's not too many songs yet!

I was having a moment where I was feeling reasonable toward early leavers, then I thought - how many people leave the cinema before the end of a film? Okay, slightly less traffic issues, but the idea remains. People don't tend to leave early from a gig where they love the band either.

The other side of Mount Pleasant Crossing! There are times when the barriers are down for a long time, I know, I used to operate them!

When I was young and went to the Cinema we always left early to avoid the National Anthem! A bit disrespectful but nothing to do with Nationalism, just to avoid the crush!

I used to park in the little industrial estate off Radcliffe Road. The barriers made me decided to park further away and walk further. It still amazes me how many pedestrians "go for it" when those barrier lights come on, just so they don't have to go "all the way" up those 20 steps on the bridge.
