The outer walls and west stand roof supports are filthy....any chance of them getting some of those lazy-arse ball boys up there with a bucket of soapy water and a chamois leather?
Cleaning is an SMC issue, not one for the SAG, we'll have to save these for the FWG meeting.

Minor point but is the stadium cleaned after every game, the stair's on the upper west at the Leicester game, resembled a rubbish dump crisp packets and paper all over the place. Discarded paper cups in-between seats didn't give a good impression to be honest.
I wasn't sure if the SAG looked at health and safety issues. Its both of those.
If we can get the ballboys to move for the ball first , then we may have chance .
I'd like to know if there are any plans for another lift to be put in the home fans section of the north stand? Not ideal, as a disabled supporter, that you have to access the north stand via a lift in the away section or queue for the west stand lift and miss kick off. Surely wouldn't be too difficult to put another lift in.
Yeah can you ask the stewards to stop people smoking in the bogs as opposed to pestering young kuds who might prop their foot on an empty chair in front
Yes, my eyes hurt after every game from the glare that comes off the top of the advertising boards. Quite bad as I suffer from cluster headaches and glaring light in my face triggers it quite badly. Is it not possible to cover the top of them in some type of fabric so the light doesn't reflect as badly?

How many people require disabled access to the North, are there lifts in all stands, or just the North and West etc, anything that increases my understanding?
I shall. It's similar to glare off a mirror, but in your face for 90 minutes. I used to sit in the south stand row bb and obviously was fine but when I attend now I sit in the first few rows of the east stand and it's blinding.
I've noticed it before and it's not something that I demand to be changed, but the turnstiles are really "in your face" as you go through them. I've heard a lot of people (my Dad included), especially older people complain that they're quite tricky to navigate. On the face of it it doesn't seem like a massive issue, but they're pretty heavy and they seem to entangle you as you go through, it'd be easier if they were like the ones at Wembely (I know they're expensive; just an example).
Given the queues outside the ground before kick off, is this something that could be looked at to make entrance to the ground a bit easier for older people and alliviete queuing times?

Yeah there's at least 6 wheelchairs in the home section of the north stand, however the lift is in the away section. There are lifts in all stands but if you use the west stand lift(s) there's usually a bigger queue as the lift is used to access both tiers in the west. This can be a pain especially if your not there well before kick off! I use the away section lift before the game but that means mixing with the away fans.
There's already a new additional lift being installed in the West Stand (as the existing one was also used as a goods lift and regularly broke down), that being the case I doubt they'll entertain the cost involved in installing another one in the North, but I can raise it. Have there been issues as a result of having to mix with the away fans?
