It seems to be both, in much of the South they don't even seem to get the music, but I'll raise it as one issue.

I can never hear the tannoy in N3

By the way if you're raising the lifts issues at SAG you might want to include the evacuation issue as well as general use (I assume they will have a safe refuge in place which would mean it isn't such an issue but it's worth asking the question)

I leave by the tunnel in the North West corner. Often they only have one door open. ****ing irritating, as is the creepy fat steward who stands in the doorway making the gap even smaller.

Previously they've argued that the safety announcemens are audible, so it's an SMC issue rather than safety.

It'd be interesting to know why it's gone on for so long, what checks are carried out to replicate a full stadium, and what systems are in place for checks during the game. Do the stewards have a system of reporting and if so,do those reports match the experience of people on here.

To complete your set OLM, the safety announcement was also inaudible in E5 vs Boro.

As many of the complaints I've received are as a consequence of people not hearing the photosensitive epilepsy warning ahead of the light show, I'm approaching it as a safety issue.

The responses so far suggest that there some issues with the tannoys not working at all and a wider issue with just the announcements not being audible (as you suggested).

It does seem to have been going on for years and there's obviously still an issue, I'd already considered suggesting they use the stewards to get a better picture of what's actually going on.

That sounds like the sort of Gaylord drink that Chazz likes, so, I'll have to say thanks, but no thanks.

This may not be an issue for SAG, but on Friday night a very large flag was put up by the away fans. How come that we cannot display flags half the size of the Derby one at the KC? One rule for away fans and one for home?

You've only just noticed the difference the club's regular customers are treated as opposed to the away fans?

The cringe-making decision to move passholders because some felt intimidated by being near other fans?

Presumably these people don't go to away matches as there is often only one aisleway between home and away fans. I wonder if fans at other grounds are intimidated at the thought of being close to City fans sat down quietly contemplating the proceedings?

That's first on the list, I don't believe for a minute this change was driven by complaints about being too close to away fans.

Requesting sight of the written complaints iwould be a useful way to see what substance there is to the SMC's claims.

Agree regards how home supporter's are treated, arrived early at the K.C. on Friday (6-30 pm), as I walk up to the ground 1st loudspeaker announcement
"open the turnstiles for the away fans"(note 6-30pm) as it was pouring it down I thought great be able to dry off a bit before kick off, 15 minutes later 2nd loudspeaker announcement, "open the turnstiles" by this time I'm like a drown rat, brilliant. It would be nice to know why the away supporter's were allowed in 15 minutes before the home supports

As much chance of seeing any as there is of seeing the complaints to the police of the supposed attacks on their property. For the same reasons.

I'm in SE1 and the tannoy is pants. I can hear announcements but it is just muffled noise. Can't make any of it out. I hope to god they never have to put a call out for me.

I do not think that the club treats us any differently. The stewards do and that is the problem. Stewarding needs to be consistent.
It looked like the segregation was wrong for the Middlesbrough game. It did not look that good to me. We should not have just a couple of stewards and a staircase between supporters.

Are the stewards employed by the club or through an agency, a lot of them are kids, many of the regular stewards from seasons passed appear to have been told there services are no longer required or jacked it in.
