I rarely eat potato to be honest unless I'm lazy and stick something in the oven. Ordinarily I'd eat sweet potato mash.

The only good thing in fruit is the fibre and the juices and smoothies get rid of most of the goodness. Juicing it also means the **** goes into your blood sugar more quickly. It's just an absolute fallacy that fruit is good. Eating it is most certainly less bad but not good.

I've always thought Monty is an expert troll rather than the idiot he appears, and an alter ego of one of the regular posters on here.
If I accuse enough people, maybe one of them will eventually break down and confess <laugh>

    And I don't have any foreskin <whistle>

Chips are the bomb, bit of coconut oil, loads of cayenne pepper.

I stopped eating healthy weeks ago mind, I'm doing my best effort to look like Rab C Nesbitt by the end of the year.

That's because it come off, last time you were hung, for being monty.

Hmmmm I'd guess he's one of yours if it's a wum, probably Tash, as he only posts once a day max and Tash seems to post infrequently as well.

Cockburns ( pronounced co burns before ya's say summit)at Silky made ace steak pies. Come to think of it his mince ones were canny as well.
Sadly shop no more. People used to travel miles to sample them.

Tash isn't intelligent enough to pull it off. Played it so expertly that now good, sensible posts are met with a torrent of abuse. Could be a former poster.

@di5co next time you go to see your brother in Prestwich go to Mark Coopers (Whitefield) and order one of his meat pies. Spot on. Jews go mental for that ****, you can see them all running down the road chasing after their hats in the wind with pies in their hands <laugh>

If he is a WUM, he's a good one because he has me totally undecided as to whether he is or he isn't. I lean towards the fact that he is due to the fact he never responds to the abuse that he gets. If he was genuine you would think that he would be constantly appealing as to why he gets slated on regular occasions. Instead I envisage that he just sits back and watches the reactions from the rest of us with a smug look on his face. But then on rare occasions he says something normal......

Exactly my thoughts. Never complains or argues, just puts an innocuous comment and sits back and watches while carnage unfolds <laugh>

I've had apple pie microwaved 'til it's hot then put vanilla ice cream on it. Doesn't sound right but it works.

When I was younger there were lots of shops (like Maws) in Sunderland selling good pies. Apart from Greggs is there any pie shops that you would really recommend locally. Places like Morrisons do ok corned dog slices but all these ones like ginsters and pukka are crap.
