It's the texture I don't like(like the taste). Need to have it pan fried rare to get away with it. It becomes way over cooked for me in a pie.

    Anybody like them?

Not since I tried apple pie in infants school and not liked it have I ate any sort of fruit pie....and we are talking nearly 30 years ago. I'd rather have cake.

Nowt like a traditional Cornish pasty, from Cornwall. I went to St. Ives a few years ago for a week.......I must have ate at least 12 of varying flavours. About 2 a day I would say.

Bramble pie with cream or ice cream. Never custard.

Nah man, it's not about putting fruit in pies... **** that ****.

If you buy a pie without meat in it, you are basically telling the world you love stiff cock in your arse.

Steak and ale pie. Nothing else will do. Coupled with a few pints of speckled hen!

I've never liked the idea of fruit being warmed up. The only fruit I like heated up is tomato, on lets say a pizza or a bolognese.

Not for that fruit, never ever for that fruit. The cream-bramble combo is the pinnacle of sweet perfection. The hot and cold contrast is heavenly.

If I was going to stick my nob deep inside a man's arse I'd probably have a rhubarb crumble with custard afterwards.

Agreed. I'd rather have a fruit crumble than a fruit pie all day long. Not the biggest fan of sweet pastry.

I normally just have a snickers or something mate.

Can't get my head around how old folks spend 6 hours baking pies for kids and 90% of it gets spat out or goes in the bin... that's not food.
