I had another gig, yesterday early afternoon, at a regular venue of the band's. We were supposed to play outside, with the pub putting on a hog-roast, but that was rained off, and we ended up playing inside.

And I have pointed out that that is clearly not good enough. We need to arrange things so that, upon my providing you with proof - which will be verified by properly appointed witnesses - all of your possessions (I'm interested only the good stuff), will transfer automatically to me. I can sort all of that out. PM me with a list of your possessions.
For real property, I will need a title number, together with personal ID, so that I can verify that you are, indeed, the registered proprietor.
For a car, I will need to see a DVLA registration certificate, again, backed up by personal ID.
For other items, a photograph will suffice for now.
When I have satisfied myself that you are worth this challenge, and that you are the owner of the real estate and chattels that you claim to own, then I will arrange for documents to be drawn for you to execute, together with appropriate witnesses.
I'm waiting, still.
