Who would I want? Bradshaw from Walsall, Vydra from Watford.

Who will we get? Leon Best, Shola Ameobi, Anthony Stokes, Ian Henderson or Leroy Lita. Or somebody equally as frustrating and **** and nowhere near as good as we could've had.
 
Sign Cole on a one year contract with the option of a second year based on performance.

Get Vydra in.

See if Wilson is available when the loan window opens.

I think Hernandez is a very capable target man watching his last few appearances his best qualities seem to be tussling with defenders, an excellent first touch and the ability to spot and make a good pass. Think we really need a better poacher to play off him ive not been very impressed with Akpom, he's got a good touch and skills but far from the finished product and has a lot to learn.
 
Samaras has been released but has fitness issues according to the club that tried to sign him.
Cole would be an ideal target man if Bruce wants to use one.
The one for me would be Hooper.
That list is pretty gruesome Sterling.
 
I'd want two, but I'm greedy! Cole would be good as he would give the forward line experience, which is somewhat lacking. After all the money we have brought in - I would expect us to at least reinvest some of that - out of options available Gayle is probably the best option. I don't rate Vydra, but that's just me. Gutted we missed out on Gray, he had pace, power and all the ingredients we need.
 
Is Hernandez in the Uruguay squad?

They're playing Panama on the 5th and Costa Rica on the 9th. He didnt cope with these trips last season.

We play Brighton on the 12th.

We better sign two forwards.

mentioned earlier Chaz I was under the impression that he`d pulled out of the Uruguayan squad because of injury, read it somewhere, but not sure where

yeah me as well trying to find where i`d seen it, buggered if i know lol, but definitely read something regards him pulling out of the squad, seems I am losing my marbles

I definitely heard on talk sport he's available on a permanent, although glp seems to think he's only just signed a new contract. Others are reporting he's available on loan so not sure, either way we should sign him

I think it's safe to assume that if Jelavic leaves Bruce will look to bring someone in...


What's even safer is that he won't be after any of the strikers we want. Guaranteed we'll get some old donkey.
 
Apparently Walters might be on his way out (not joined up with Ireland for that reason)... is he a possibility?
