£7m Elmo £7m Diame £7m Abel £7m Dawson £2-3m Jela Free Huddlestone We could have Loadsa money come the close of the window...and no players. I reckon our 3 remaining loan spots will fill up fast!
Loan spots aren't really a problem in this window, in a couple of weeks the emergency loan window will open!
I just hope SB has them lined up already should the players above get sold. We've fannied about in this window but that's to be expected I suppose
Oh how true this ^^^^^^ is. The way Jelavic pushed Hudds off a free kick @ Wolves showed just what he is like. It is obvious now that Jelavic is the poison apple. Our only hope of him going is if a foreign club are desperate enough to want him. If we keep Hernandez and he plays like he did @ Charlton then we wont miss Andre Gray that much.
Correct. AFC Bournemouth spent £8m on Tyrone Mings who has yet to get a kick. Tonight he should though @ Hartlepool in the coc.
So we've now had one occasion where we were forced to sell a player to a rival against the wishes of the manager due to a clause ridiculously put into his loan contract (not to do with the player's original contract so we were not at all obliged to do so) - seriously who the **** thought that was a good idea. We are now in a position where half our team could go in the final hour of the window. Whoever is in charge of the contract situation appears to be completely and utterly clueless. The average football fan could tell you how stupid the contracts are, what does that say about how the business side of the club is being run?
Maybe the players or agents wouldn't agree to them having expiry dates? It doesn't seem common place by any means, they only clause ive heard of with a use by date was Fellaini's. I don't think it's as cut and dry as some people think. Agents are real greedy fat ****s.
