Okazaki has been called '' nugent on steroids '' and he is the most prolific Japanese striker in bundesliga history, while in recent years he was the world's leading international striker with 16 goals in the calender year. Leicester have a real threat with Okazaki, Vardy and Mahrez, they will put pressure on our defence with their relentless attacking play. This could be an uncomfortable afternoon for our defence, but you do feel Leicester need to be brought back down to earth after their run last year and two wins this season, and Kane needs to get his season started. Should be an entertaining game.

Looking forward to this game, we've had quite a few entertaining games with you over the years.

Harry Kane loves to score against us, so will no doubt be off the mark by the end of the weekend.

Would take a point, obviously our great form will not last forever, but momentum is the highest it has arguably ever been.

Really looking forward to it <ok>

Should be a good game this.

Keep Erikssen quiet and I think we'll win. Despite losing twice to you last season I thought we were very unlucky.

    May the best team win.

You have won 9 of your previous 11 premier league games (title winning form) and in the previous 40 premier league games you haven't lost a single game by more then 2 goals. Maybe its all come together and top four challengers?

Team news for the match: Townsend has recovered from his injury and now has another one, instead. <doh>
    Shoulder's fine, ankle's got a minor issue.
We seem clear, other than that.

I'd probably only switch Rose in for Davies, despite the Welshman doing very little wrong.
If we were to make any signings at this point, then I'd be very hesitant to start them.
A place on the bench for N'Jie would seem prudent, though.

Mauricio Pochettino also insisted that attacking midfieldersChristian Eriksen and Erik Lamela remain part of his plans, despite the duo being linked with a move to Italian club Juventus.

"We keep the best players for the present and future, and to be a good squad which can in the next few years fight for the top four and then one day win the Premier League," he said.

I think we've missed Rose, but it does seem unfair to bench Davies, who has played well. I think Davies will start and Rose will come on at the 70 min, which would be consistent with the way Pochettino brings players back from injury. I understand Walker is being given a chance to re-establish himself as RB. He's looked fit, and hasn't played badly. But given he’ll never be the best defender, I think he needs to have his hand in a goal soon, or at least create more danger. I'd love to see him to get deep into the box and cut the ball back. No doubt part of the problem has been that Dembélé is not his ideal RM partner. The fullbacks have to provide width more or less on their own with our probable starting lineup.

In any case, while I think the starters as a group have played reasonably well (and for that matter that Pochettino has coached fairly well, also, showing a refreshing flexibility), one point from two games is not good enough. All the players who are at all likely to lose their spots (Dembélé, Walker, Dier, Mason and possibly Chadli, though his goal probably keeps him safe for the moment) probably understand very well we need a win to keep their places safe. It will be interesting to see who the subs are. Will we see Clinton, and for that matter Pritchard?

    Team reads thusly:

    Lloris
    Walker Toby Verts Davies
    Dier Mason
    Lamela Dembele Chadli
    Kane

Subs are Vorm, Rose, Trippier, Alli, Bentaleb, Carroll, Onomah

Eriksen has a knee problem and clearly N'Jie isn't ready yet

I'm predicting another painful afternoon, not sure where the goals are going to come from, our squad still looks really thin. Surley yedlin should be in the squad at least, would be a great option at the end of a game if just for his pace. Coys
