Zlatan is not wanted at PSG....so there's another forward for Liverpool ... as they only have 6!
We have, just one of them was for Man Utd.Am i missing something? We haven't scored 3 goals this season and 2 of the goals we've conceded were from open play

,,,Townsend who thinks just because he ran past a player he has every right to blast it into row Z...
You forgot rasiakI think Zlatan would be happy to take a pay cut to come to the mighty Spurs in the twilight of his career, and play for the same club once graced by the skills of Hoddle, Waddle, Gazza, and Bentley.

I should have said "put the ball in the net three times more often than our opponents, aside from penalties," you’re right.Am i missing something? We haven't scored 3 goals this season and 2 of the goals we've conceded were from open play
(One of the two goals we conceded from open play was kicked into the net by Walker.)I had to smile when I read Sherwoods quote
Although that may be true, yet he said the same about Delph!
Townsend reminds me of those greedy players you used to get in the school playground, the ones who every time they got the ball they had no thought other than to try to beat every other player in the yard and to score the goal that would bring him the adulation he so desperately craved. No thought for his team mates, and absolutely no chance that he'd pass the ball to someone else to take the potential glory of scoring the winning goal. A complete knob-head from top to bottom. In the end, no one would pass to the ****er.

It made sense once i was reminded the Utd goal was a OG. Then i knew what you meant.
Don't forget at one point Townsend was apparently going to offer us what Lennon couldn't (on a regular basis)... end product!
In case you're wondering what we gain from this increase in end product its actually from a defensive point of view...
We are less likely to be hit on the break if our opponents have to go search for the ball before they hit us. Obviously we need Townsend to shoot a few times early on to deplete the spare ball stocks those pesky ball kids have nowadays.
