The funnier thing is, that wenger is driving the car the camera is on, later called on in court to give evidence he claims he didn't see anything.
Second week and things are going reasonably well for the mighty Spurs. We're above Chelsea and only a couple of points behind Arsenal; and although West Ham and Palace are romping it, at the moment, as London's best clubs, I feel confident that we'll catch them before the New Year.
Who are the best strikers in the world? Former England and Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand says Sergio Aguero, Luis Suarez, Karim Benzema, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Robert Lewandowski - "in that order." (BBC Football website) I'm surprised to see Kane's name missing from that list, to be honest.
You seem to have missed the fact that you were 2-0 up and drew. Even your manager said it felt like a loss. Who do you play next as we have home game against Liverpool
A difficult trip at the moment if their form continues and a draw would a good result. us against Liverpool will also be a test as they won last night but it wasn't convincing. it is these type of games that we need to win to contend, but do inevitably drop points carelessly
A loss for you lot would be a disaster seeing as that would be your first 2 home games lost, big pressure on you guys whereas we can take it on the chin and move on. I have high hopes at the moment of getting something but it's one that can go either way.
I'd be very surprised if you beat Arsenal at The Emirates Ashburton Grove Wenger Complex. You were crap last night. Not crap in a United crap way. We've been crap but haven't really looked like conceding. You were crap all over the pitch and if Bournemouth had a half decent striker they would have scored. They play some lovely football but I think it's suicide in the PL as the players aren't quite good enough to pull it off and their strikers don't look PL quality.
I agree we were poor at times last night, but as you know it's points on the board that count. As much as I agree that a trip to The Gooners is always going to be difficult but I feel it's a good time early doors to go at them and that there is a lot of pressure on them with it having the potential of them losing their first two home games. I'm concerned that Rodgers wont change the formation for this game, he only seems to make changes once it's too late and imo we should play a 4-3-3 and make sure we give Benteke more support and occupy the Gooners defence inbetween centre backs and full backs, we also need someone to sit in the midfield and not allow space between the lines for Ramsey and Sanchez to use.
'Pool should not have won that game, it's as simple as that. Bournemouth were robbed by very poor and extremely biased refereeing. 'Pool's goal was off-side and should not have counted, and Bournemouth had a good goal disallowed. Plus, there were a couple of good penalty shouts that should have gone against 'Pool. The media is raving on about how well 'Pool have started the season, but I think they are going to get taken apart by the top teams. I want to see them humiliated against City and United.
I agree on our goal, it was offside and disagree with the Bournemouth goal it was a foul and was rightly disallowed.
