PS I've lived in Leeds 9 years now so I'm not an expert on the place but I still have some family and friends in Hylton Castle, Castletown and Southwick.
But what if we were champions? I thought you added every club's handicap to their pts then it's a table?
The market is usually set v champions, hence teams they expect to perform better have a smaller handicap but the price doesn't change. The marker has to be set against the same level for it to work.
Thanks Bexinio and Comm... Estate agent has just rang and said the price has dropped 20k and the street is a very good one. I could be tempted to take it on as a rental property... http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-48289274.html
This is better then. So you're saying as long as we're within 43pts of the champions, it doesn't matter how well others do? Say we were 41pts behind champs but Everton were only 5pts behind them, it wouldn't matter. How do they work out e/w places then?!
I idea of a handicap is that it gives everyone the same chance of winning. Hence the extra points to even it up and why all are the same price.
Wow that is actually the street we lived on. I was too young to remember it though. I knowwe got burgled but that was early 80s before moving. Through the 90s when I was growing up the whole area was awful. The area does seem a lot better than those days though so I hope I haven't put you off
There is ew first 4 I've already placed it! Think my original thought was correct. You have to gauge which team is going to over perform. I think we have a shot at top 4!
