Outs
Paul McShane(released) - Reading.
Mark Oxley(released) - Hibs
Liam Rosenior(released) - Brighton.
Stephen Quinn(released) - Reading.
Tom Ince(£5m) - Derby.
Robby Brady(£7m) - Norwich.
James Chester(£8m) - West Brom.

Ins
Ryan Taylor(free) - Newcastle.
Sam Clucas(£1.3m) - Chesterfield.
Isaac Hayden(loan) - Arsenal
Chuba Akpom(loan) - Arsenal
Moses Odubajo(£3.5m) - Brentford -TBC

Andre Gray(bid rejected) - Brentford - Revised bid expected.

So far then we have Maguire to step in for Chester, Hadyn replacing McShane, Taylor and Odubajo to replace Rosenior, Clucas filling in for Quinn (?), Robertson stepping into Brady's shoes, Apkom for Ince and the possibility of a couple of other signings.

Might not be as bad as first worried about then....

Nowt wrong with having a different opinion Al, as long as it makes sense. Which yours doesn't.

Thank **** the season is starting soon. This board is becoming really ****ing tedious.

Don't see how saying a bloke who's 32, is playing in the MLS, and so would require a decent pay packet to get him back here, who scored 2 goals in 20 for Wigan in the Championship a year ago, and didn't assist many at all, would be anything other than expensive depth for us.

Can't say I'd be delighted with Maloney signing. Was hell of a player, but just wonder whether he still is.

He's on $1,550,000 a year at Chicago Fire, or £960,000. That's £18k pw, I wouldn't fancy paying him that though as well as a transfer fee on top

18k is not a huge amount compared to the wages some of our other players are on now.

Not too many chippies in Chicago. Throw a weekly fish supper into his contract & he'll come for 5 grand a week.
