Although I have no doubt that Wenger is thinking of a new CF, there simply isn't anyone around that is available. Had Benzema been available then Wenger would have jumped to the chance, unfortunately he isn't. Plus, we have quite a few players who can play in the CF slot. Giroud, Walcott, Welbeck and Sanchez. We also have a plethora of wide players that can come in and allow the likes of Walcott, Welbeck and Sanchez to go centrally. To be honest I think we're done in the transfer window.
Pedro could be an option, but doesn't seem we are putting much effort into getting him, even though we were linked with him last year.
Lyon manager has said that if Lacazette isn't happy at the club he's welcome to jog on. Cue twittersphere meltdown!
Yeah I know it's crazy when you look at his last three Seasons. 106 Goals in 126 apps!!. That's an insane record.
I would take Ibra in a heartbeat. There is the Wc players then above them is Ibra and above him is Messi/Ronaldo. Give him a 1-2 year contract and lets do it.
Not sure if any of it is true but Liverpool seem to be the front runners for him (£21m), according to the rumours. How much money have they got if its true?
Same here but I doubt if City would have sold him to us, especially for £14m. Last thing City want is to strengthen their direct rivals.
I'm not convinced by him. Didn't score against the top 7 in the league last season. His goal tally flatters him. I think he's good but not an upgrade on Giroud.
What about all the add-ons that Madrid probably won't now receive? Also I am sure United made a bob or two from all those Di Maria shirts they sold.
According to the Telegraph Real Madrid are looking for replacements for Benzema leaving the way open for him to join Arsenal for £46 million.
If the rumours about Wilshere are true, then we definitely need to add another midfielder. Striker and midfielder are really needed before the window closes.
Oh no just read about Wilshere having a potential major injury. If he does, we may need to get someone in if he's injured for the majority of the season. Unless Rosicky can still cover...
Rosicky is even f--king injured according to the latest press conference by Wenger, he's back on 'recovery process.'
Interesting that Sunderland have signed Yann M'Vila. One of your long term targets if rumours are to be believed
