He didn't score at Forest, but was in a very poor team. Ince struggled and then went on to score 11 in 17 at Derby. I think he is a very good striker in the making who Wenger and Arsenal fans rate highly which is never a bad thing.
I rate Hayden highly. IMO he'd have done well for us at CB when we had the injury crisis but then he himself got injured. Akpom has the potential just needs to calm dow and focus his game, hopefully Bruce can help him out there. Emi has improved plenty and looked very good in his past few performances for us, he's no Cech but he'll get a job done. I think they'll all be reasonable signings for a Top of Championship club.
Apologies if I take the opinions of Arsene Wenger and the Arsenal fans, who both highly rate Akpom, more seriously than yours.
You never know this might be a red herring this proposed possible loan of Akpom, to show Brentford that Gray is not our only target.
Not sure who Ornstein is but this is off an Arsenal board Ornstein just confirmed Akpom to Hull on loan also! http://arsenal-mania.com/forum/threads/players-on-loan-2015-16.28302/page-2
I tend to believe that any articles that say 'preparing a bid....' are bollocks. Why tip your hand before you do it.
Apparently that journalist usually gets it right according to this article. http://theshortfuse.sbnation.com/ar...enal-transfer-news-loan-chuba-akpom-hull-city
I imagine he does. I know him, works hard and takes his job very seriously, not the type of bloke to make up bollocks or report any old ****e. He's an arsenal fan too, so probably has reliable connections there.
