Problem is Serie A doesn't start till 22nd August, that's why no-one's in any rush to get it done

 

Could be that we are inflating the price of Odebajo within a double deal so that Brentford don't have as much of a sell on clause to pay Luton for Gray.

 

Just looking at one of the Brentford forums. They see us as being the "Fulham or Cardiff" of the season and that they offer a better route to the Premiership. It'll be interesting to see what the players think.

Brentford did get to the play-offs last season.

 

The difference is Wigan and Fulham came down with little/no sellable assets. We are very similar to Norwich in those terms, plus our squad is a lot stronger than Fulham/Wigan's was.
