This as been done to death! I could have all the desire & drive in the world but if you don't f'king shoot at the white wobbly thing at the end of the pitch you don't score! AND he never did! A squad player to come on to close a game out with ten mins to go! That's all he is.
How much is N'Doye still on with us if he is seriously holding out for 50k? Did he have a relegation clause in his contract?
It's not his job? It's every players job to shoot if they're in a position to! He's like a jack Russell with a ball! Give it to you, give it back! With no end product! That's why no other Prem team came in for him on a free!
I dunno where this idea comes from that Quinn was all work rate and no end product. It's nonsense. On a separate note, I like how news sites use an appropriate picture to accompany a story. N'Doye there seems to have collapsed out of frustration at having to go to Palace or Swansea. Sky Sports had a good one on their name change story the other day. It was a group of the players going mental after a goal. Looked as if they were celebrating the decision.
Quinn, Rosenior and McShane all walked into longer contracts then they had at Hull City. The amount we received in transfer fees was nothing.
No he didn't. His job was to be a midfielder, which he did alright. He was a Championship midfielder playing in the Premier League and you could tell. Can't knock his desire or commitment, but those two attributes alone aren't good enough to make you a reliable, consistent Premier League player.
Panic over - out kid has secured a ticket for Craven Park on Friday evening. I have a feeling the young lady in the club shop pulled a few strings in the ticket office.
Is this some Sly Inside Her knowledge , that the young lady in the club shop pulled a few strings . What a Bloody mess - .
It's who you know, not what you know eh Assem ? Head negotiator at Flamingo Land ? http://www.flamingoland.co.uk/zoo-and-conservation/zoo/mammals/4-bactrian-camel.html
Is the mad desperation by the club to offload N'Doye, Hernandez and Jelavic because of their wages? I personally think all three of them would tear the division apart and it would be great if we could keep two of them. Fair enough the Allams are going to have to foot the bill but surely it's a worthy risk in attempt to go straight back up if you take into consdieration the Premier League money invovled. They can always be offloaded in January or the end of the season should we not go straight back up. You have to look at clubs like Newcastle and Norwich who took a risk and retained the majority of their best players and went straight back up. Surely there is a lot of money saved from the combined departures of Quinn, McShane, Rosenior, Harper, Sagbo and Figeroa.
Best players yes. Hernandez and N'Doye aren't our best players. N'Doye could have been but he obviously couldn't be arsed towards the end. That'll be the same in the Championship you'd expect. We've released players who would have been much more use than those two and cost less.
Sigh. You keep repeating this Championship player nonsense with various players. If they play well in the PL they're PL players. Quinn, just like Macca, Bruce and others, did just that. And yes, he did create more than Livermore and Huddlestone.
Whatever division you think he was good enough for, the fact remains, he was better than Livermore and unless Huddlestone was on his game(which he rarely is) was better than him also.
I could prove that i knew about palacios yesterday but i cant be bothered lol enjoying being the villian haha
