Even if the current team remains, we still need new signings with all the players that have been leaving.

I aren't panicing but they really need to pull their fingers out and bring in some signings. It will at least raise the mood around the club at the moment which is pretty dour.

Only in Allam's office, everybody else is doing ****ing cartwheels.

Who gives a **** if we haven't signed anybody yet, the season isn't for another month. We've got some ****ty friendlies against lower league clubs to get through, I wouldn't worry, SB will be working on it.

said earlier in the piece, Palacios is aging, his legs have gone, hence why he hardly played over the last couple of seasons, in his day a good player but that boat has well and truly sailed and couple him with Thudd in the middle of the park, we`ll be a disaster waiting to happen with young pacy midfielders just running past them at will.

He's only 30. It's a bit early for legs going I'd have thought. He seems to have had injuries at unfortunate times - maybe he doesn't have the heart or enthusiasm for it.

Every one knows he was a good player.
No one knows how he is now.
Except Bruce, Phelan and the team.
Bruce may be just doing him a favour for old times sake. There's no risk. He knows he was a good player. If his knee, the desire, the heart has gone. He wont be able to hide it.

Stay away from Palacios Bruce ffs. We've hopefully got Huddlestone & Diame in midfield until January, Meyler & Max Clark as cover is enough of those sort of players.

What we need now is a creative spark, a younger Koren, a Nick Powell type player, someone who can make things happen in the final 3rd and score goals. Wilson Palacios is not that player.

Come on Bruce, be a bit ****ing positive with your approach this season and lets go out attacking teams, ditch the 3-5-2, its too easy to stop us playing.

You know that for certain? Maybe let the football experts decide that.

****ing hell, why do you bother posting for? Legs go if you stop working them - you got a problem with that? He hasn't played or trained at the level we will need him to be - do you know something different? The time we have to get him anywhere near the shape he would need to be in (if we and he could manage it) would be a unnecessary burden on the team and we need to hit the ground running. Bruce clutching at straws earlier than expected is all this is. Like you're fond of bleating, that's my opinion and I'm entitled to express it.

He played a full game for Honduras last week against the USA. I'm pretty sure.
