Were crying out for someone though in the middle that's going to make things happen , would take Wilson to replace Livermore , but assuming diame is going to leave a bit of spark is required in the middle

Bummers watches **** loads of Italian football. I wonder what he makes of Badu. Would he be the type of player we need in the Championship even if he will cost £5 million.

I don't think we can afford to be too picky with signings.

Yeah, but we don't want to sign any old player. I've been quite impressed with our targets so far but I am left wondering why we haven't made any bids for the likes of Whittingham yet.

a lot of our goals were also caused by slow build up and being caught in possession then not having the legs to get back. Thudd was a prime candidate for that so many times last season. If we`re going to continue using him as the `quaterback` then he needs the legs around him to cover, and to give him options, alas we were very one paced last season. Unless this is rectified given the Championship is much faster then the Premier League then I suspect we`ll struggle.
I wouldn't be too concerned about Huddlestone, it's been well documented that he was carrying an injury all of last season.

I would be happy signing him on a free, good player only about 30 I think. Cost a bit in transfer fees over the years.

Id like that kid out of Stanford to come on a trial with us. The U.S. based people would know who I was talking about. Not that it looks like he is willing to leave Stanford though, he has already turned down 2 contracts with Seattle to say there.

He can always continue his studies at Hull Tech College-not quite the same league as Stanford, but close (lol).
