By the way, you managed to say he won't sign and he will sign in the same post. Bit contradictory.

At the end of the day, in my opinion, under an embargo, you shouldn't be allowed to contact anyone about signing or loaning a player into the club, apart from free agents. To buy them and then bring them in later seems to me like a cheap and easy way around it.

I haven't said he will and won't sign in that post? Unless you think that a pre-contract agreement is the same as signing someone there and then?

At the end of the day, they've worked in the rules. It don't matter what your opinion of it is because you're wrong.


I don't see how it can possibly give them an unfair advantage to sign him in January rather than now.

Blackburn Rovers winger Josh Morris is poised to join Bradford City.

Theo Walcott has signed a new 4-year contract with Arsenal, keeping him at the club until 2019.

Strange one for Walcott - he doesn't seem to get much game time. I thought he would have been better moving on.

Nothing, but of course, in AKCJ's eyes, everything that he doesn't agree with is 100% completely wrong.

Possibly due to his nasty injury. He was first name on the team sheet up until that point if I remember correctly. Maybe just easing him back in.

Remember how long his last contract got drawn out purely over him wanting to play central rather than wide, I would assume he's been given assurances about being one of the key elements in the squad.

Liverpool have made some decent acquisitions to date. Be interesting to see how they bed in. Sean O'Driscoll has been linked with the assistants job aswell - always liked how his teams tried to play football.
