Off Topic The Goodhand Arms

It's all a matter of taste, so not knocking those who find it funny, but aren't they a little old for this. I'm sure that being indulged for being outrageous has prevented Clarkson from maturing into a normal adult. He may have been as funny (as he appears to be witty), but would have lost the idiotness (not a word, but describes him).

I do agree Fran. But their schtick sells. I've no idea what Clarkson is like in 'real life' and whether they're all actually like that, or if it's just an act (I suspect they are a bit like that though!)

They're comedians though in essence, and comedians can offend. Some people will find them funny, some won't. I just find it a bit distasteful that bottom-dwelling publications like the Mail trail around trying to dig up something offensive to shock people with.

Of course. The Mail is one of the most offensive publications, and they do it on a daily basis. The Three Amigos offensiveness pales into insignificance by comparison. I don't forget that.

Oh.

If you want to be happy, stop reading the news. That little snippet does nothing at all for your happiness, despite being, frankly, completely irrelevant to your life. Did you know the victim? Is there any prospect of it happening to you?

In all honesty, I don't see why anyone feels the need to post stuff like that on here. If we want to know we'll be on the BBC news website.

Vin

P.S. I know the correct response is "Oh that's awful, terrible, need to do something".

FAO : TSS and any other bike riders on here.

I'm 31, have a full car licence... If I take my CBT can I ride ANY 125cc motorbike?

Thanks in advance.

Any restricted 125cc, yes. Restricted means 15bhp or less. Believe me, that's enough for a new biker.

An unrestricted 2-stroke sports 125cc can produce anywhere upto 30bhp and are quite a handful to ride. You can ride those when you have passed your full test. Generally people get a much bigger bike almost straight away. That's not the best policy, imo.

Watch out for when the bug bites though..! :)
