Elmo is definitely a right back I'd say.

Elmo is RB, can Brady play LB?

better than playing Brady as a striker, FFS!

He is defensively poor and as a result should not be played at RB. As a RWB, that isn't as much of a hindrance, but as a RB he's poor and not being used properly, as he is more an attacking player than a defensive one.

And there is a difference between RB and RWB despite whatever you think. RB is a mainly defensive role, where, usually as part of a back 4, your main priority is to defend. Of course, there are opportunities to get forward, but they usually happen a lot less frequently. A RWB is a combination of RB and RM, where he shares duties across both the attack and the defence. This position suits Elmo more as he is much better going forward, and as RWB is mainly used with a back 3, his defensive duties are not as important as previously as his job is further up the pitch.

To play him as a RB over an actual RB IMO is just stupid.

Would agree Elmo is better off further forward than a RB, as a wing back yes but if you want an out and out RB Elmo is not your man Rosenior would be the better fullback out of the 2

    Which makes you wonder how the **** Bruce is going to shoe horn Ince into his plans next season. Surely we would have been better off playing 4231;

    McG
    Rose Chester Dawson Brady
    Thudd Meyler
    Ince Aluko Snodgrass
    ST

Elmo made some almighty cockups at RB in the Championship last time around...

He certainly did, as I said many times, him getting Fans' POTY was just plain wrong, at least the players picked the right person in Quinniesta.

If we're to best utilise the likes of Ince, Aluko, Snodgras, then we really should be switching to 4-3-3.

    http://www.espnfc.co.uk/story/2504787/norwich-city-submit-offer-for-hulls-robbie-brady-sources?

Norwich City have made a bid for Hull City's Republic of Ireland international Robbie Brady, sources have told ESPN FC.

Hull face a fight to keep hold of their best players following relegation from the Premier League on the final day of last season.

A number of clubs are looking at the versatile Brady, with Aston Villa and West Ham among those interested.

However, Norwich -- promoted to the top flight in the playoffs -- have tabled a firm offer for the 23-year-old as boss Alex Neil looks to add to his squad.

Neil sees Brady as a key addition to his plans, with the player able to operate at left-back and left midfield and boasting valuable Premier League experience.

He made 38 appearances for the Tigers last season and has become a regular in Martin O'Neill's Republic of Ireland setup.

Norwich have already signed Youssouf Mulumbu on a free transfer from West Brom this summer.

Didn't SB put £15M on Brady? Lets hope he sticks to his guns. Other clubs can pay top price for our players if they want them.

Unless any of them particularly want to leave we should be holding out for top dollar. It's not like last time when he had a team full of mercenaries. We have the core of a young, yet experienced, squad which we need to preserve at all costs.
