You're giving me false hope! I am a complete Cheftard mate, I have accepted a life of appalling food coming my way. I just hope I never get kidnapped and forced to cook something delicious in return for my freedom, not likely to happen admittedly but it would pose a huge problem for me!

Jerky? Sounds intriguing. I usually just buy the stuff in a bright yellow packet. Looks foul but tastes amazing.

You should do a cooking class. You're a fitness man so food matters. I bet there's classes tailored to your sort of diet.

Yeah, show everybody else how crap I am and pay for the privelege!

I lucked out getting the only person in the world who is worse than me at cooking as my wife as well <laugh>

Good job she makes up for it in every other department!

    Looks great, tastes great.

Biltong is the African version, not as nice. A lot nicer than my homemade stinkbeef though!

Can't remember the last time I had one mate, used to love a double sausage and egg mcmuffin.

I have 12-egg omelettes (3 yolks) and smoked salmon most days. Buenos.

I put milled flax seed into my shakes, whole grains, nuts and blueberries mostly.

Too many cashews once I swear I was gonna cry, I had to eat 4 spoon ful of coconut oil to get my dump out.

Took 3 days. Worst 3 days of my life <laugh>

Most people don't drink enough every day to dump the next. It's not what you eat, if you drink enough fluids every day, you'll dump your load.

Fibre's good, it helps with digestion. As does fruit and veg. But if you drink enough fluid, pretty much anything you eat won't be a problem next day if you keep the fluids up.

This is from someone with 35 years of experience.

Yeah, water intake is a problem for me I just forget a lot of the time, I think I'd be closer to optimum capacity if I could sort that out.

Then you'd be wrong, it's a recognised medical condition, not a criminal state or offence.

" Paedophilia ........... In which an adult has recurrent, intense sexual urges or sexually arousing fantasies of engaging or repeatedly engages in sexual activity with a pre-pubertal child."

I'm working hard on the book mate, it's almost like a full time job tbh.

I'm also managing a huge estate which, although the owner is rarely here, needs work.

The gardeners, maids etc need their work laid out and we have a constant stream of contractors for various projects.

Pop in if you're ever in Surrey, it's a fabulous property.
