The fact that no news has been released to date may mean that processes are ongoing, and that appropriate sub judice is being employed rather then all these conspiracy theories.
 
I don't think there are any conspiracy theories. The B sample result will have been sorted weeks ago. It was only said to only take about a week back when it was first sent off. The club will know the result, which will presumably be positive. Yes there'll be a process ongoing but the fact he's tested positive again (or hasn't, but that seems unlikely) isn't exactly sensitive information. We don't know about it yet because they've decided we don't need to know.
 
And as a result of the `B` test being potentially positive then legal eagles may be drawing up the necessary termination of contract papers if as anticipated he is likely to receive a 2yr ban, Bullards` follies went without too much comment from the club until they stated they had terminated his contract. I suspect this may be a similar reason for the silence.

You are being very silly about this.
 
The FA release their own statement as soon as they're able to and as they haven't yet done so, I assume the club can't either.

These things aren't kept under wraps. There is a public list of all players who get caught by the anti doping programme with all the details of the offence and their respective punishments.

Either way, the club can't stop us finding out what's happening.

No, but as the FA are clearly not in a position to publish anything, obviously the club aren't either.

As I said, anti doping violations are made public for all to see, the club couldn't keep it quiet whether they wanted to or not.

If he has tested positive in competition, it's a 2 year ban, there's no circumstances or anything to take into account and judge on, it's a fixed penalty.

I don't know what the delay in information is about, it could be anything from his B test somehow showing clear and being looked into further to the process of sacking him not yet complete and the FA agreeing to keep quiet until legal proceedings are over.
