Thatd be my 11 for next test. would keep Ali for his batting and as a 2nd option with the ball if it's spinning. Get 3 proper seamers, proper spinner and stokes/Ali providing another option

Dunno..

Moeen was that bad in last test... I would want to see some better performance in county level someplace to pick him.

I would be saying do that first test but be prepared to see him dropped like a bomb
For me that looks a bit weak in batting and packed with bowling due to lack of faith in bowling.

Cook and lyth yes.. i see no other option.
root and ballance yes again must picks
Buttler.. yes though he needs a lot of work still
sotkes yes
Braod and anderson yes but are way off top form.

bell was bad last series. so you've left him out... in the ashes last time he was only performer.

rashid? hmmm not so sure about that.

all in all I just see a struggle I think we'll get some runs but we'll be poor with the ball.

Our bowling got showed up in the last game which can is why we didn't win... We won't win the ashes wth only 2 specialist bowlers and a couple of all rounders.

Be bold... Have 5 batsmen and a keeper and 4 bowlers with 1 all rounder
rashid and Plunkett can bat a bit so that tail can wag

well we won't either but it will be a whitewash cos out two top me are way off thier best.

its amazing as i as a yuong fella can still look back at 250 as a pretty good score in ODI
