Off Topic Afcftw Mafia Game

Ok, something isn't adding up here. My scooby senses are making me suspicious of both MITO and Valley now. But that makes no sense as Valley is fingering MITO (dirty bugger).

My biggest concern with MITO is that he comes out and sacrifices himself and then suggests we lynch/kill everyone except him. I'm not saying he's wrong, but it raises massive question marks in my head. We've lost the doc and the detective today. If MITO or Valley are leading us up the garden path we could take out 3 more of our own with no wins.

Even if you are a townie MITO you have to see that looks dodgy. We have to be suspicious of everyone named and also everyone who has come forward now. There is something very convenient yet also with a bit of evil genius in your explanation. It's possible, but your keenness that we take out everyone except you does set off a few alarm bells if I am honest.

If Valley is telling the truth, we lynch Mito and get the assassin.

If we lynch mito and he's innocent, we attack Valley.


If mito is telling the truth, we kill Valley and may get a goon or a townie of forced into something.


IMO, there is a risk which ever way we go but one sees the Mafia assassin potentially killed with answers if not. However, I think Valley as been forced because....

... You're not saying anything else. "I've not been forced" doesn't cut it as you've portion been told to say that. You need to say something very different to show you're not jeopardised

I want a bit of a discussion.

1. valley. just say your role. theres no point not saying it.

2. what can non town mean

my view is this:

Tobes was investigated. (if valley is on the level.) If nobody else comes forward at all they are nuts. Sir tennis has already said he is innocent town again. so only tobes could claim it. anyone else and its big.

if tobes turn up non town. that means.

1. he is not innocent town
2. he is not any town role
3. that leaves mafia OR
4. cartel boss

coudl he be serial killer yet? we don't know. that is another bad guy though.

IF you believe valley then towns is #1 target

 

Nobby should just tell us if he's the drunk when he's online again, easily solved. I think mito is scrambling but worried he might be telling the truth. I'd rather lynch a 100% guilty person (tobes) and then go for mito once we've heard from nobby... But i see your side of it too, i have no problem voting the other way around.

Mito if you are the drunk you can investigate me again tomorrow, at 2/3 chance I'll show up as innocent, very very unlikely to ome up as mafia again as that is 1/6 chance.

 

This tells me that valley has been forced (despite denying because he has to)

This is the only thing that bothers me.

I can believe Valley is psychic and saw Tobes and MITO, and that MITO investigated Sir Tennisball. In general, the information presented on the thread is usually accurate, so unless the Mafia have some secret ability to interfere with information, like hacking the paper, we have to assume that Tobes is dodgy, MITO killed someone and Sir Tennisball is probably Mafia.

MITO's story about being forced to kill by the Mafia is more suspicious, as it is in response to being fingered himself, but ultimately still plausible if that is the Mafia's hidden power.

The big question is why our two most powerful remaining town roles have revealed themselves to the Mafia and cartel. If they are telling the truth, it's almost certain now that one of them will die or be recruited.

1 serial killer who doesn't know it yet

right now you have two pieces of info. Tobes and sir tennisball if both me and valley are on the level. If we are both on the level you killing either of us is mad.

why? you are doing mafia work for them

if neither of us is telling truth then its nuts.

If obi wan is not mind ****ing you those who were named will come out naming stuff.

so in my view the mafia have ONE kill left. the cartel have recruits left. there is not enough power right now in either to threaten a 12 man team.

we either have 2 mafia or a mafia and cartel boss in our sights in a simple game.

therefore I'd URGE you to kill both of them off tomorrow. Kill BOTH

what would i gain as this assassin? BTW nobody has a clue is such role exists. but you do know something dodgy went on with secret posts. At best if one is innocent I.e tennis then you kill me the following day.

To confuse matters further, he was the one Biscan was fingering as the Cartel (His last post was "the cartel is the one who hasn't posted"

No one's saying you have been pressurised. But it is possible the Mafia's hidden ability is that they can feed a vision to you, like they could hack the paper. Although MITO has admitted killing Biscan, so we know that part is at least true.
